Municipal Corporation
- Agartala Municipal Corporation
One state, eight districts, twenty local bodies — Agartala Municipal Corporation, all 13 Municipal Councils and all 6 Nagar Panchayats. Our engineers already work in each of them.

From the capital region to border land-port towns, our field teams travel to every part of Tripura for fire NOC, installation, audit and maintenance work.
Home to Agartala Municipal Corporation, the state capital region and its densest commercial and institutional building stock.
Covers Bishalgarh, Boxanagar, Melaghar and Sonamura, blending administrative offices, border trade and dense market corridors.
Tea-estate and industrial corridor around Khowai town and Teliamura, with processing units alongside residential and commercial buildings.
Udaipur, the temple-tourism and commercial hub, along with Amarpur and Karbook, mixing hospitality, retail and residential occupancies.
Belonia, Santirbazar and the Sabroom land-port corridor, serving cross-border logistics hubs, customs warehouses and municipal town centres.
The historic Kailashahar and Kumarghat sub-divisions, combining heritage sites, timber and processing units with growing commercial development.
Dharmanagar, the key entry point of the state, along with Panisagar and Kanchanpur, forming a major industrial trade corridor.
Ambassa and Kamalpur, along with the transit sectors of Manu, Chawmanu and Gandacherra, serving mixed industrial and rural commercial buildings.
Our installations are carried out to ISI, BIS and National Building Code fire-safety standards, and formal certification paperwork for our current equipment batch is in process with the concerned authority. We would rather tell you exactly where that stands than print a certificate number that does not exist yet.
As a baseline, equipment we supply carries a one-year replacement warranty against manufacturing defects, and we will always look at the actual fault before deciding whether it is replaced, repaired or was mishandled. If a specific product carries a longer manufacturer warranty, we tell you that at the time of quotation, in writing.
No recurring "smart monitoring" subscription is bundled into our pricing. You pay for the survey, the equipment and installation, and — only if you choose it — an Annual Maintenance Contract with a fixed, quoted price agreed before any work starts.
Yes. Once a system is on an Annual Maintenance Contract, our visits are scheduled, not left to memory — you get a call ahead of each check, not a surprise six months after your extinguisher expired.
A single-floor flat, a walk-up apartment block and a multi-storey commercial building don’t face the same risks, so they should not get the same equipment list. Our survey looks at your occupancy, floors, escape routes and access before we recommend anything — a two-room flat is never quoted the same package as a warehouse.
Survey, equipment supply, installation, testing, ongoing maintenance and Fire NOC coordination are handled by the same team, so you are not chasing three different companies when something needs attention six months later.
Call or WhatsApp the numbers on this site and you reach someone who has worked on fire systems on-site, not a script-reading call-centre line. If your question needs a technician’s eyes, we say so plainly instead of guessing over the phone.
Once you share your location and building type, we confirm a survey slot — typically within 2–3 working days depending on district and current bookings. If something is urgent — a fault light, a dead pump, a blocked exit — say so when you call, and it gets prioritized.
We serve all eight Tripura districts—West Tripura, Sepahijala, Khowai, Gomati, South Tripura, Dhalai, Unakoti and North Tripura—with selected coordination in Guwahati and Silchar. Call or WhatsApp +91 70050 28541, or call +91 84138 51763.
Share your property type and district. We will explain the practical first step.
